1. Booking Deposits

A £50 deposit is required to secure a booking slot. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

2. Software Tuning Services

Due to the digital and custom nature of ECU remapping, once a vehicle has been flashed with a tested software calibration, the service is deemed complete. Refunds are not offered on software remaps once successfully installed and verified.

3. Diagnostic Findings & Untunable Vehicles

If we find your vehicle is mechanically unfit for tuning, we will refuse to proceed. Your deposit will be refunded minus a £35 fee to cover the diagnostic scan performed on-site.

4. DPF / EGR / AdBlue Alterations

Software solutions for emissions-related components are provided for track or off-road use only. No refunds will be provided if a vehicle subsequently fails an MOT due to emissions component software changes.

5. Requesting a Refund

If eligible for a deposit refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
